The HOA maintains a contract with Northwest Exterminating for termite protection. This includes:

• In-ground Sentricon® termite bait systems around each building
• Annual termite inspections
• Repairs for any termite-related structural damage

If you see signs of termites—or what you believe may be termites—in or around your unit, please contact Northwest Exterminating to schedule a free inspection.

Pest Control (Optional)

The HOA does not provide general pest control services for individual units. However, Northwest Exterminating offers an optional quarterly pest control treatment for residents.
