Parking Information & Guidelines

To maintain safe access and preserve the appearance of our community, the following parking rules apply to all residents, guests, and service providers.

Where Parking is Not Allowed

  • No parking is allowed in postal turnarounds, on the entry road into the property, in front yards, or on the grass.
  • Vehicles may not block access to any garage, driveway, or Townhome entry or exit.

Owners of vehicles parked improperly will first receive a Friendly Reminder. Continued violations are subject to penalties in accordance with the Rules & Regulations.

Assigned Parking Spaces

  • Non-garage units: 2 parking spaces - directly in front of the units
  • Garage units: 3 parking spaces – one inside the garage, one on the driveway, and one additional space

Trailers, Boats & Commercial Vehicles

The following are not permitted to be stored or repaired on the property:

  • Boats, jet-skis, campers, RVs, or utility trailers
  • Panel trucks, buses, or trucks over 1-ton capacity or longer than 19 feet
  • Vehicles with commercial writing/branding (except during active service)

Commercial vehicles are temporarily allowed during normal business hours only if they are actively servicing a Townhome or the Common Area.

Inoperable or Unregistered Vehicles

Parking spaces may not be used to store non-operating or unregistered vehicles. These vehicles must be removed to an off-site storage facility. Failure to comply may result in towing at the homeowner’s expense.

Vehicle Repairs

Only emergency repairs (such as flat tires or dead batteries) may be performed on the property. Vehicles may not be left unattended while jacked-up or on blocks, as this presents a safety hazard. Violators are subject to towing at the homeowner’s expense.

Moving Trucks

Our community does not have designated spaces for oversized vehicles. However, homeowners may request temporary approval from the Board and management company to park a moving truck overnight or during a move.

The truck must be parked in the approved location and in accordance with HOA direction. Unauthorized trucks may be subject to towing at the homeowner’s expense.

Thank you for helping us maintain a safe, orderly, and attractive community by following these guidelines.
