All investor-owners who rent out their townhomes are required to comply with the following guidelines to help maintain community standards and ensure clear communication between tenants, the HOA, and property management.
Each time a new lease is entered, investor-owners must provide the following to the Association and property management:
Investor-owners are responsible for ensuring that all tenants receive a current copy of the HOA’s Rules & Regulations. Owners are also responsible for any violations or damages caused by their tenant(s).
Homeowners must maintain all applicable registrations, licenses, or permits required by local or state authorities on the correct schedule. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure full compliance with these regulations.
Short term rentals for commercial or business purposes, inclusive of Air BnBs and VRBO, are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in enforcement action by the HOA.
